Amanda Luz has led digital communication strategies for women in Brazil for 7 years for editorial brands such as Cosmopolitan Brazil, ELLE Brazil, and All Things Hair/Unilever Brazil, and worked for projects in non-profit organizations like Think Olga and Tellus. Also, Amanda has spoken publicly about gender-based violence on the internet on SXSW 2015, and worked in the human-centered design of new public education services in São Paulo, Brazil.
Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship at the School of Education at UNC-Chapel Hill (United States). She is also a Rotary Peace Fellow at Duke-UNC Peace Center.
